Programma tiek \u012bstenota atbilsto\u0161i Ministru kabineta noteikumiem Nr. 880 \u201cAtbalsta programmas nosac\u012bjumi energoefektivit\u0101tes paaugstin\u0101\u0161anas pas\u0101kumu \u012bsteno\u0161anai daudzdz\u012bvok\u013cu dz\u012bvojam\u0101s m\u0101j\u0101s 2021. \u2013 2027. gadam\u201d (<a href=\"https:\/\/likumi.lv\/ta\/id\/357498-atbalsta-programmas-nosacijumi-energoefektivitates-paaugstinasanas-pasakumu-istenosanai-daudzdzivoklu-dzivojamas-majas\">MK noteikumi Nr.880<\/a>) un Eiropas Savien\u012bbas Koh\u0113zijas politikas programmai 2021.-2027. gadam.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Pieejamais programmas finans\u0113jums ir 173 miljoni EUR.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0145emot v\u0113r\u0101, ka ar iesniegtajiem pieteikumiem ir rezerv\u0113ts viss daudzdz\u012bvok\u013cu m\u0101ju energoefektivit\u0101tes programmai pieejamais finans\u0113jums, kas paredz\u0113ts visp\u0101r\u0113j\u0101s atjauno\u0161anas pas\u0101kumiem, no 13. maija ALTUM jaunus pieteikumus nepie\u0146em. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0160obr\u012bd projektu pieteikumus v\u0113l var iesniegt daudzdz\u012bvok\u013cu m\u0101jas, kuras \u0113ku atjauno\u0161anai pl\u0101no izmantot r\u016bpnieciski ra\u017eotos koka karkasa pane\u013cus, k\u0101 ar\u012b Latgales pl\u0101no\u0161anas re\u0123iona daudzdz\u012bvok\u013cu \u0113kas,\u00a0kas pl\u0101no realiz\u0113t energoefektivit\u0101tes projektus ar m\u0113r\u0137i sasniegt 10-29% prim\u0101r\u0101s ener\u0123ijas ietaup\u012bjumu. \u0160\u012bm\u00a0aktivit\u0101t\u0113m paredz\u0113tais kapit\u0101la atlaides finans\u0113jums v\u0113l ir pieejams.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Galvenie programmas nosac\u012bjumi:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Programmas ietvaros realiz\u0113t\u0101 projekta m\u0113r\u0137is ir sasniegt:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>vismaz 30% prim\u0101r\u0101s ener\u0123ijas ietaup\u012bjumu vai<\/li>\n<li>10% l\u012bdz 29% prim\u0101r\u0101s ener\u0123ijas ietaup\u012bjumu, ja m\u0101ja atrodas Latgales pl\u0101no\u0161anas re\u0123ion\u0101.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Projekts tiek \u012bstenots, izmantojot finans\u0113t\u0101ja, ar kuru Altum ir nosl\u0113gts sadarb\u012bbas l\u012bgums, vai Altum aizdevumu. P\u0113c projekta \u012bsteno\u0161anas atbalsts kapit\u0101la atlaides veid\u0101 tiek novirz\u012bts aizdevuma pamatsummas da\u013c\u0113jai dz\u0113\u0161anai.<\/p>\n<p>*<em>Ja daudzdz\u012bvok\u013cu m\u0101j\u0101 visi dz\u012bvok\u013cu \u012bpa\u0161umi pieder vienam \u012bpa\u0161niekam \u2013 juridiskai vai fiziskai personai, kas ir re\u0123istr\u0113ts k\u0101 saimniecisk\u0101s darb\u012bbas veic\u0113js, maksim\u0101li pieejamais atbalsta apm\u0113rs ir 300\u00a0000 euro, tas nedr\u012bkst p\u0101rsniegt \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/eli\/reg\/2023\/2831\/oj\/?locale=LV\">Komisijas Regulas 2023\/2831\u00a0<\/a>par L\u012bguma par Eiropas Savien\u012bbas darb\u012bbu 107. un 108. panta piem\u0113ro\u0161anu\u00a0de minimis\u00a0atbalstam noteikto maksim\u0101lo\u00a0de minimis \u00a0atbalsta apm\u0113ru.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Atbalsta apm\u0113rs no projekta attiecin\u0101mo izmaksu aizdevuma, ieskaitot PVN, ir:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50 %, ja tiek sasniegts vismaz 30% prim\u0101r\u0101s ener\u0123ijas ietaup\u012bjums un ja m\u0101jas fas\u0101dei piln\u0101 apm\u0113r\u0101 uzst\u0101d\u012bti r\u016bpnieciski ra\u017eoti koka karkasa pane\u013ci. Pirmajiem 10 projektiem, kuriem tiks rezerv\u0113ta kapit\u0101la atlaide m\u0101jas atjauno\u0161anai ar r\u016bpnieciski ra\u017eotiem koka karkasa pane\u013ciem, tiks pie\u0161\u0137irta papildu kapit\u0101la atlaide 20% apm\u0113r\u0101, bet ne vair\u0101k 150 000 EUR viena projekta attiecin\u0101maj\u0101m izmaks\u0101m;<\/li>\n<li>50%, ja tiek sasniegts vismaz 30% prim\u0101r\u0101s ener\u0123ijas ietaup\u012bjums un ja Altum tiek pie\u0146emts l\u0113mums par atbalsta pie\u0161\u0137ir\u0161anu vismaz 3 kvart\u0101l\u0101 eso\u0161\u0101m m\u0101j\u0101m;*<\/li>\n<li>45%, ja tiek sasniegts vismaz 30% prim\u0101r\u0101s ener\u0123ijas ietaup\u012bjums un ja m\u0101jas fas\u0101dei piln\u0101 apm\u0113r\u0101 uzst\u0101d\u012bta ventil\u0113jam\u0101 fas\u0101de;<\/li>\n<li>40%, ja sasniegts vismaz 30% prim\u0101r\u0101s ener\u0123ijas ietaup\u012bjums;<\/li>\n<li>40%, bet ne vair\u0101k k\u0101 80 000 EUR,\u00a0 ja tiek sasniegts 10% l\u012bdz 29% prim\u0101r\u0101s ener\u0123ijas ietaup\u012bjums un m\u0101ja atrodas Latgales pl\u0101no\u0161anas re\u0123ion\u0101.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>*M\u0101j\u0101m, kuras pl\u0101nots atjaunot kvart\u0101la ietvaros, pieteikumi kapit\u0101la atlaides rezerv\u0113\u0161anai j\u0101iesniedz par katru m\u0101ju atsevi\u0161\u0137i 30 dienu laik\u0101 no pirm\u0101 kapit\u0101la atlaides rezerv\u0113\u0161anas pieteikuma iesnieg\u0161anas br\u012b\u017ea. Katra m\u0101ja atsevi\u0161\u0137i nodro\u0161ina noteikto projekta m\u0113r\u0137u sasnieg\u0161anu.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Termi\u0146\u0161 projekta \u012bsteno\u0161anai un projekta nosl\u0113guma dokument\u0101cijas iesnieg\u0161anai Altum ir 2029.\u00a0 gada 31. marts.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Atbilst\u012bbas nosac\u012bjumi:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Triju vai vair\u0101ku dz\u012bvok\u013cu m\u0101ja<\/li>\n<li>M\u0101jas dz\u012bvok\u013cu \u012bpa\u0161nieki kopsapulc\u0113 vai aptaujas veid\u0101 ir pie\u0146\u0113mu\u0161i pozit\u012bvu l\u0113mumu par projekta realiz\u0101cijas uzs\u0101k\u0161anu un finans\u0113\u0161anu (l\u0113muma pie\u0146em\u0161anai nepiecie\u0161ams, lai \u201cpar\u201d nobalso dz\u012bvok\u013cu \u012bpa\u0161nieki, kas p\u0101rst\u0101v vair\u0101k nek\u0101 pusi no dz\u012bvojam\u0101 m\u0101j\u0101 eso\u0161ajiem dz\u012bvok\u013cu \u012bpa\u0161umiem (50% + 1 balss), savuk\u0101rt, atk\u0101rtot\u0101 kopsapulc\u0113 nepiecie\u0161ams, lai \u201cpar\u201d nobalso vair\u0101k nek\u0101 puse (50% + 1 balss) no re\u0123istr\u0101cijas sarakst\u0101 re\u0123istr\u0113tajiem dz\u012bvok\u013cu \u012bpa\u0161niekiem, kuri p\u0101rst\u0101v vair\u0101k nek\u0101 vienu tre\u0161da\u013cu no visiem dz\u012bvok\u013cu \u012bpa\u0161umiem.<\/li>\n<li>M\u0101jas par\u0101dsaist\u012bbas par sa\u0146emtajiem pakalpojumiem (apsaimnieko\u0161ana, atkritumi, siltumapg\u0101de, \u016bdens u.c. pakalpojumi) p\u0113d\u0113jos 12 m\u0113ne\u0161os ir maz\u0101kas par 10% no visu pakalpojumu sniedz\u0113ju r\u0113\u0137inu summas<\/li>\n<li>Sagatavotais \u0113kas energosertifik\u0101ts uzr\u0101da, ka,\u00a0 \u012bstenojot m\u0101jas energoefektivit\u0101tes projektu, var sasniegt prim\u0101r\u0101s ener\u0123ijas ietaup\u012bjumu 30% apm\u0113r\u0101.
